What are the fees for a session?

Joslyn's regular rate is $160 for a 55 minute session.  

Caitlin's regular rate is $120 (individual) and $140 (couples) for a 55 minute session.

Kat's regular rate is $120 for a 55 minute session.

Stacey's regular rate is $150 for a 55 minute session.

Brian's regular rate is $110 (individual) and $130 (couples) for a 55 minute session.

Tiffany's regular rate is $110 for a 55 minute session.

Malorie's regular rate is $150 for a 55 minute session.  Malorie has reduced fee spots available at this time.

Ultimately, the obstacles you face to becoming and being a parent are really, really, really important to us.  We do our best to be affordable, accessible, and available to everyone who may benefit from meeting with us.  We may be able to offer you a reduced fee per session temporarily.  Please talk openly with us to see if a reduced fee slot is available if you are in a situation of financial hardship.  

   

Do we accept insurance?

Brian. Kat, Tiffany and Malorie accept Caresource Medicaid.  Some of our clinicians are in-network with Custom Design Benefits and Med Ben.

You are responsible for confirming any co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance that may apply.

 

What if we don’t accept your insurance?

You are responsible for the cost of counseling.  If we are not in-network with your insurance provider and you have “out of network” benefits through your insurance, we will gladly give you a “super bill” which you can submit to your insurance.  With this option, you will be responsible for payment upfront, and then you may be reimbursed by your insurance for a portion of the cost, depending on your specific plan. You will need to call your insurance company directly to determine if you have an out-of-network benefit (including any deductible that might apply).
